Screenonline Archive Interactive about GPO Film Unit now online
We have been working with Royal Mail, the British Film Institute, BT and BT Archives to produce an online interactive tour of the films made by the GPO Film Unit. This tour is now available on the Screenonline website.

We now have 70,083 records on our online catalogue as a result of a recent upload. These include holdings from both the Museum and the Archive Collections.

Celebrating Sylvia Pankhurst
An exhibition at the Redbridge Museum recently featured an ‘A’ type Edward VII pillar box from the BPMA Collection. The exhibition, entitled ‘Celebrating Sylvia Pankhurst’ opened 7 April 2008 and runs until 21 June 2008.

On 12 February 2008, the Curatorial Team held an internal oral history training day at the London Canal Museum.
