In 2006 BPMA worked with teachers and students from Bensham Manor School, a secondary special school in Croydon, as part of the Museums, Libraries and Archive Council's London Teacher Placement Scheme.

In preparation for the project, teachers from Bensham Manor used existing resources created by the BPMA to put together a resource pack tailored towards pupils with special needs. The pack is designed to help with teaching both Citizenship and History, and can be downloaded from the Learning Packs section of this website.
