Image of stamp designs produced at Big Draw 2007Big Draw logoThe Big Draw is a nationwide campaign to promote the power of drawing, which runs every year throughout the month of October. People of all ages and abilities are invited to come along to explore different drawing techniques and materials, at an artist-led group session inspired by the BPMA collections.

This is the third year that the BPMA has joined in with The Big Draw. Previous years' activities have been inspired by experimental film techniques used by the GPO Film Unit, and the classic Machin Head stamp design. Both sessions were a lot of fun, and the work produced can be seen at The Big Draw 2006 and The Big Draw 2007

This year's BPMA Big Draw theme will be announced nearer the event, but don't let that stop you booking early to avoid disappointment!
