- By submitting any content (including image/text/video)
(the "Work") to the BPMA wiki you warrant that you are the sole
legal and beneficial owner of any copyright in the Work; the Work is your
own original work, that you are not infringing any third parties’
copyright and that you have the right to make the Work available to the
public through this website.
- You hereby agree to grant the BPMA a non-exclusive,
royalty-free, perpetual and worldwide licence to carry out any act which
would otherwise be an infringement of copyright in the Work, including but
not limited to reproducing the Work or any part of the Work in any medium on
the BPMA website, in exhibitions, marketing materials and gallery
displays
- You hereby waive your moral rights in the Work under
The Copyright Designs and Patents Act 1988.
- You agree not to submit any content that is obscene
or defamatory in any way or infringes any applicable laws. Any material
considered obscene, defamatory or offensive in any way will be removed
from the wiki at the sole discretion of the BPMA.
- You indemnify the BPMA against all damages, costs
and other expenses that may be suffered or incurred by BPMA as a result of
your breach of any of the warranties above.
- BPMA reserves the right to remove your Work at any
time for any reason whatsoever.
- If you are under 18, you must get parental consent
before submitting content to this Wiki.
